Processing Time
All orders require a processing period of 3–7 business days before shipment.
Weekend Shipping
We do not ship orders on weekends. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed at the beginning of the following week.
Custom Items
If your order includes custom items (such as jerseys or sub-dye hoodies), these products may ship separately from the rest of your order to ensure proper handling and production.
Made-to-Order Products
As a small business, most of our products are made to order. Due to the custom nature of our production process, occasional delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and assure you that your order will be worth the wait.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
• Custom Jerseys: 6–8 weeks (extended timeframes may occur)
• Club Jerseys: 8–12 weeks
• Shot Kings Cornhole Online Apparel: 1–2 weeks
• Patches: 1 week
• ZÜCA Bags: 1–2 weeks
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your confirmation email.
If your order includes multiple items, you may receive separate tracking numbers as products ship from different departments or production runs.
Return & Exchange Policy
For your convenience, our return and exchange policy is outlined below:
Return Period
Online returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for orders made on ShotKingsCornhole.com, provided that the product is in new and unused condition.
Customized Products
Refunds are not offered for jerseys or any other customized items, as these products are made specifically to order.
Excluded Items
Certain items are excluded from the return policy, including gift cards, bodywear, face masks, and customized products such as jerseys or team wear.

Refund Eligibility
Shot Kings Cornhole products returned in their original and unused condition qualify for a full refund once the return has been received and inspected.
