Custom Items: If your order includes custom items like jerseys or sub-dye hoodies, please note that these items may be delivered separately and not simultaneously.
Made-to-Order Items: We are a small business, and most items are made-to-order. Kindly understand that, due to the nature of our production process, delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and assure you that the wait will be worth it.
Estimated Arrival Time:
- Custom Jerseys: 6 to 8 Weeks (Extended time frames may occur)
- Club Jerseys: 8-12 Weeks
- Shot Kings Cornhole online apparel: 1 to 2 Weeks
- Patches: 1 Week
- Zuca Bags: 1-2 Weeks

For your convenience, our return and exchange policy is outlined below:

Return Period: Online returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for orders made on shotkingscornhole.com, provided that the product is in new and unused condition.
Customized Products: Refunds are not offered for jerseys, as these products are customized.
Excluded Items: Certain items are excluded from the return policy, including gift cards, bodywear, face masks, and customized products such as jerseys or team wear.
Initiating Returns: To initiate the return process, please send an email to info@shotkingscornhole.com. Our customer service team will guide you through the necessary steps.
Refund Eligibility: Shot King Cornhole products, when returned in their original and unused state, qualify for a full refund.
